What are your delivery charges?

STANDARD DELIVERY: $10 Australian flat rate, or free on orders over $90 shipped to Australia.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: $14.95 Australian flat rate. 2-8 days to non-metro regions.

We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We use PayPal to safely and securely complete online payments. You don’t have to have a PayPal account to purchase from our site, simply click ‘Pay with credit card’ on the PayPal screen during checkout.

Processing Your Order

EXPRESS DELIVERY:
If you place an express order before 2pm AEST (Monday – Friday), your order will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm or on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed and dispatched the next working business day.

STANDARD DELIVERY:
All orders with the standard shipping option will be processed and dispatched from the warehouse within 1- 4 business days. Our warehouse is a Monday to Friday operation, subject to Public Holidays.

Please note standard and express delivery times are additional to these time frames, and vary from region to region.

Returns and Exchanges

If something isn’t right or you just change your mind, we are happy to accept a return.

Below you will find everything you need to know about returning an on-line order, in-store purchase, or faulty item. Take a moment to read through our policy, and then head to the instructions below.

CHANGED YOUR MIND? ……

If you’ve changed your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

*ltem(s) must be returned within 30 days pf purchase, together with proof of purchase.

*ltem(s) must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. Earrings cannot be returned.

* Gift cards, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for refund or exchange if you change your mind.

*If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back to us in good time.

*You are responsible for any of the costs associated with returning the item to us.

RECEIVED SOMWETHING FAULTY?……

If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown {first of all – sorry}we will happily meet our legal and good natured obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER BY POST……

If it’s not possible for you to visit the store, you can post the item back to us for a refund. We can’t do exchanges by post, sorry.

If you received a faulty item in your online order and it’s not convenient to return it to the store, please get in touch with us so we can help.

*Complete the returns form that came with your order, pack the item{s) with the return form in a box or satchel, attach the return address {Sassi J, 69 Hanson Road Gladstone, Qld , 4680) and send the parcel on its way.

Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets the Returns Policy above, we’ll process the refund and send you an email to let you know.

The refund will appear in your bank account about 3-5 days after you hear from us. If there are any issues or your return doesn’t meet our policy, we’ll send your parcel back to you but we’ll contact you first.

PRICING ERRORS: Sassi J reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason. Sassi J will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any Good/s where the price has been corrected.

Terms & Conditions of Use

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us for any reason. For example, we may reject your order if we know or suspect that you intend to resell some or all of the products specified in your order as part of a commercial business. You may only place orders via this website for private and domestic purposes.

We expressly prohibit purchases for resale and/or reselling any Sassi J product as part of any business (including and online business) unless agreed by Sassi J.
